Maximum Width: 74 inches is the absolute maximum vehicle width allowed. Please Google your vehicle's dimensions before arriving. Oversized vehicles will be towed.

Steep Incline: There is a steep incline to access the parking area. Low-clearance vehicles may bottom out or be unable to pass.

Finding the Correct Spot (15 Keswick)

Several nearby alleys also have a "Spot 1" or "Spot 2." Make sure you are at 15 Keswick.

Do NOT park at 17 Keswick (the spot with the smiley face painted on the ground).

Look for the sign on the brick wall directly in front of the space that reads: "Private Deeded Parking spot 1 or 2 Towing Enforced."

Parking Compliance

Assigned Spots Only: You MUST park only in Spot #1 or Spot #2, completely within the lines. You will be towed immediately if you park in any other spot or over the lines.

One Vehicle Per Reservation: One reservation covers exactly one (1) vehicle.

Register Your Plate: You must register your license plate in the app before parking, or your vehicle will be towed. You can update your plate information in the app at any time.
